For 25 years, I've worked in rooms where the stakes are high, the conversations are hard, and the people in them are capable of so much more than they're currently allowing themselves to be.

Before founding Core Growth, I recruited and developed entrepreneurs and financial advisory teams in New York City. I learned early that the gap between a good leader and a great one is almost never about skill. It's about alignment. With themselves. With the people beside them. With the vision they're trying to build.

That's still the work we do today. Just with deeper tools, greater conviction, and 25 years of evidence that it works.

I'm married to Craig, we have two sons, Reid and Ty, along with our golden retriever Ranger. I'm grateful for our East Coast roots and we now call Southern California home. I'm fueled by people, nature, faith, and doing hard things.

We will challenge you, but only ever in service of where you want to go. That's a promise.

Caitlyn

For more than a decade, I worked at a Fortune 500 company in recruiting, development, and leadership growth. It was there that I first experienced coaching for myself and saw what can happen when someone creates space for you to reflect honestly, grow intentionally, and take new action.

People believed in me before I fully believed in myself. That experience shaped the coach I am today.

I work with leaders, advisors, and high-capacity people who are ready to grow beyond what has gotten them here. My approach is real, relational, and rooted in both self-awareness and action. I will lovingly hold you accountable, ask the questions that matter, and challenge you with care, always in service of the life and leadership you want to build.

I'm married to my best friend, Cody, and together we have the joy of raising our two children, Bowen and Wrenn. Parenthood has been one of my greatest teachers, reminding me daily that growth rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from showing up with humility, curiosity, and the willingness to keep learning.

Nancy Inman

Nancy

For more than three decades, Nancy worked in financial services, recruiting, developing, and leading teams across New York City, Atlanta, and Richmond. As Chief Development Officer, she learned that organizations win long-term when they harness talent, put the Right People in the Right Seats, and align everyone around a clear Vision.

Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer® and Affiliate Coach with Core Growth, Nancy helps financial services leadership teams and entrepreneurial organizations build discipline and accountability throughout the organization and execute on what matters most. When business is clear and working well, it becomes more fun to lead.

Often called the velvet hammer, Nancy asks questions that help teams identify the real issue, have hard conversations, make important decisions, and lead with clarity, discipline, and confidence.

Nancy lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband, Alex, and their rambunctious dog, Ginny. She and Alex are proud parents of Sarah and George.
