For 25 years, I've worked in rooms where the stakes are high, the conversations are hard, and the people in them are capable of so much more than they're currently allowing themselves to be.

Before founding Core Growth, I recruited and developed entrepreneurs and financial advisory teams in New York City. I learned early that the gap between a good leader and a great one is almost never about skill. It's about alignment. With themselves. With the people beside them. With the vision they're trying to build.

That's still the work we do today. Just with deeper tools, greater conviction, and 25 years of evidence that it works.
I'm a wife, a mother of two sons, and a devoted golden retriever enthusiast. East Coast roots, Southern California life. Fuelled by people, nature, faith, and doing hard things.
